The Non Commissioned Officers Association Conference and Vanguard Awards Tribute will be held April 19-22, 2018 at the Crystal City Hilton Hotel.  The Annual Conference is designed to accomplish Association business for Membership, Auxiliary, the Knights’ Assembly, and set the Association’s legislative course for the upcoming year.  We also recognize NCOA’s top performers and outstanding chapters.  As well deliver NCOA’s message by presenting a wide range of informative and relevant presentations, panel discussions and seminars on pertinent veteran, retiree, active military, and guard and reserve subjects.  Also, a variety of valuable networking events are available to all who attend.  We’ll close the conference by honoring our Vanguard Service Heroes who have so bravely gone beyond the call of duty.  So please join us to network, learn and toast with NCOA.

The registration fee for the conference is $175 per person before March 14 and $200 per person on or after March 14. Each registration fee provides the delegate with one ticket to the Opening Icebreaker, Vanguard Banquet, and President’s Breakfast. Hotel room rate is $149 per night for single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes.
